i own a Kodak digital camera which runs on double A batteries and as i was taking pictures the screen went just went black:S but the lense is still open
i plugged it into the computer, tried changing batteries

If you LOOK at the Backside of your Camera–or elsewhere,,there should be a BUTTON-called-DISP…or even Display..push that until the Screen re-opens..its a adjustable button..PUSH-it for differant SCREEN-modes.
