Best digital SLR camera providing bang for my buck?
Hi! I am taking my 2009 tax return and investing it in starting out a part-time photography business. I’ve been researching various brands and models and still cannot decide on what SLR to purchase. Mind you, I don’t want to blow my entire refund, but I’m willing to make a fairly substantial investment. That said, I’d consider myself more intermediate, than amateur. I’d like to be able to photograph both outdoors, as well as in, and I’ll be working with models. Most important to me, too, is the ability to eventually do fine art quality prints. A professional photographer friend of mind recommended the Nikon D90, but I’m having hesitation about spending that much. Initially, I’d been looking at something like the Canon Rebel XSi. As you can see, I’m open to suggestions, and would just like some impartial guidance based on my specific needs. Thanks!!
