Experiencing the Waikato River From a Different Vantage Point – the Hukafalls Jet

The 30-minute thrill ride takes you along the falls and its basin, featuring simply breathtaking river surroundings, including rock cliffs, natural hot springs and native flora. The jet is driven by a professional, who will make the jet do a variety of stunts that you never thought possible. The Hukafalls Jet ride begins long before the actual falls appear, and the jet does some amazing 360 degree spins on mid-air and on water while passing the amazing natural environment at lightening speed. Hukafalls is New Zealand’s most visited natural attraction and the jet ride is the best way to get the perfect vantage point of the scenic falls.
The Hukafalls Jet experience is available 364 days of the year (except Christmas Day), depending on the weather conditions and starts from the Wairakei Tourist Park. Life jackets and spray jackets will be provided by the tour service. Video cameras are not permitted on board the jet, but still cameras are welcome, at your own risk. No bags are allowed aboard and children must be at least 1 meter tall to be allowed to ride in the Hukafalls Jet.
