What are some high end compact digital cameras that take AA batteries?
Like the size of Canon elphs or a little bigger, but they have to be high end. Do not name those bigger cameras like Canon S5.

It looks like the Canon A-series would work. The A500-series are smaller than the A-600-series. (A550, A560)
Also, the Sony S-series uses “AA” batteries (S650, S700) and they are fairly small.
Also, the Fujifilm A610, A800; Kodak C653, C433, C875; Nikon L10, L11, L12; Olympus FE-170, FE-180, FE-210; Panasonic LS60, LS75…
