This means that it is inexpensive but at the same time you can get the quality and features you want just like from other cameras. HQ grade makes it easier for the consumer to be guided which digital camera to buy. Grades are according to letters with A+ rating as the highest grade. Some inexpensive cameras may be lower than $40 but you cannot get the same quality and features you are looking for in a standard priced camera.
