Canon Ixus 75 Camera?
I have a Canon Ixus 75 digital camera. I would like to have a date and time stamp on some of my photos but when I go to select that setting, i cannot highlight it, it just stays as ‘off’ and when scrolling down the setting options it just skips it completely.
Please can anybody help!!
Just to clarify, before I take a picture I try to put ‘date stamp’ on but i cant select it.
If you take a look at page 37 of the manual, the implication is that you can only use the date stamp function if you have selected “postcard” from the “compression/recording pixels” menu (see page 30). You probably have that set to “L” (large) or “M1″ by default in which case the date stamp function is not available.
Bizarrely, “Postcard” only takes a 1600 x 1200 image which is 1.92MP so you may not want to leave the camera in that setting for every shot.
