bokeh on an ordinary digital camera?
so i researching on bokeh, and found out how to do bokeh on an SLR camera.
but i don’t have one, i just have a digital camera — Fujifilm A170.http://a.img-dpreview.com/news/0907/Fujifilm/a170.jpg
is there anyway i could do bokeh on that camera without using photoshop i.e?
Working with what you have (and I know nothing about Fujifilm A170’s) I would suggest:
1) Work at a higher ‘zoom’ level.
2) Place the subject as close as you can to the camera – move the camera to frame rather than zoom out.
3) Select aperture priority and a low aperture number.
4) Place the background as far away as possible.
That’s all you can do. Failure to achieve the desired results usually means moving to a larger sensor.
